The first step in checking on the status of your Stripe account is to login to your Stripe Dashboard here.

Stripe will have a notification if there are more details needed about your business. You can also go to your Stripe Dashboard “Settings” then “Documents” and see if there are document requests from Stripe in regards to your business.
