• Minimal Storage: We do not store sensitive payment information, card numbers, or full transaction details on our servers. Transaction data is secured and transmitted directly by Stripe – even within our app, on all platforms. Stripe is 100% integrated to control and manage sensitive payment data end to end.
• Minimum Data: We only collect information necessary to provide the Services, such as your email address, Stripe authentication tokens (e.g., oAuth), and standard diagnostic/log data (IP addresses, device names, performance stats).

2. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

• Stripe, Inc.: Your data is processed by Stripe according to their terms.
• Service Providers: We may use standard third-party tools (e.g., Firebase/Google Analytics) for app stability and usage monitoring.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose data to comply with legal obligations or protect the rights and safety of the Company or others.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain limited personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or to comply with law.

• User Control: You may logout and uninstall the Application to remove local device data. To revoke Company’s access to your Stripe account, you must manage your settings directly within the Stripe Dashboard.

4. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect the limited information we process. However, because the Services rely on the internet and third-party infrastructure (like Stripe), we cannot guarantee absolute security. You use the Services at your own risk.

5. Disclaimer and Limitations

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES REGARDING DATA ACCURACY OR SECURITY. LIABILITY REGARDING DATA CLAIMS IS SUBJECT TO THE LIMITATIONS SET FORTH IN OUR TERMS OF SERVICE.

6. Miscellaneous

• Governing Law: This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
• Modifications: We may update this policy by posting a revised version. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
• Entire Agreement: This policy, along with our Terms of Service, constitutes our complete agreement regarding privacy.
