How can I check the status of my Stripe account?

If you’re not receiving Payouts or cannot create payments, you should check on the status of your Stripe account.

When you login to your Stripe Dashboard you will see whether your account is in review or been restricted. In either case, Stripe will present a bright banner announcement at the top of the page.

For further information, go to Account Settings in your Stripe Dashboard. Check the Documents section to see if Stripe needs further documentation from you about your business.

If Stripe is not asking for any further documentation, you’ll see “You’re all set!” You may continue to use your Stripe account.
